Our vision is to bring funding workflows (investments, grants, accelerators, etc.) on-chain for better transparency and to lower the risks for both investors and builders. This shift promises enhanced transparency and reduces risks for both investors and builders. Leveraging Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) and the inherently privacy-preserving characteristics of the Mina blockchain, we offer a cutting-edge solution that allows investors to maintain their privacy while actively participating in the funding and decision-making processes.
Our mission is to create a platform that promotes open and transparent interactions between startups and investors, thereby fostering trust and enabling effective decision-making. To fulfill this mission, we are setting new standards of transparency and security within the startup and investment ecosystem. These standards include innovations such as Threshold Homomorphic Encryption, Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO), and milestone-based vesting schemes.
To achieve our objectives, our protocol comprises two main components:
Threshold Homomorphic Encryption Protocol: This is the cornerstone of our platform, enabling privacy-preserving features such as private funding and private voting. It ensures that sensitive data remains secure.
On-chain Funding Platform: This protocol manages the overall flow of operations, ensuring a seamless interaction for all stakeholders involved. It is designed to be user-friendly for three primary entities: Builders, Investors, and Organizers.
By integrating these protocols, we aim to empower participants with the tools they need for secure, private, and efficient interactions within our platform.
